PQH Group Design engaged Coreskan ahead of an extensive renovation of a public library in Neptune Beach, Florida. With no current drawings available, the design team needed a dependable record of the building — including its mechanical mezzanine, concealed conditions, and exterior envelope. Coreskan mobilized within 72 hours of proposal acceptance to support the project's accelerated design schedule.
Over approximately two ten-hour field days, the team combined interior and exterior laser scanning, Matterport virtual tours, and drone capture. Deliverables included a registered point cloud, an LOD 200 Revit model, architectural plans, reflected ceiling plans, a roof plan, exterior elevations, and building sections. Exterior imagery and a drone-based 3D site model supported façade mapping and condition review.
The virtual tour was delivered within 48 hours of capture completion, the point cloud within five to seven business days, and the model and drawings within fifteen to twenty business days following registration.
