Developer J. Loew & Associates had renovated a vacant commercial building of approximately 35,000 square feet in Exton and was preparing to hand it over to an incoming trampoline-park tenant. The renovation had left the owner without up-to-date drawings.
A complete handoff package was needed to communicate the current space, exposed overhead systems, and recently installed equipment to the tenant's design and construction teams — while preserving a record for ownership, insurance, and future maintenance.
Over two field days, Coreskan captured the building using Leica BLK360 laser scanning, Matterport imaging, drone photography, and a systematic asset survey.
Coreskan produced a registered point cloud, an LOD 300 Revit model, and coordinated drawings covering the site, floor, roof, elevations, and reflected ceiling conditions. A 44-page report indexed 580 asset photographs — including fourteen rooftop units, seven electrical panel locations, the fire alarm panel, riser room, and roof conditions. The complete package was delivered within ten business days of capture.
