What This Service Delivers
Scan-to-BIM goes beyond flat drawings. Starting from registered point cloud data, our modeling team builds three-dimensional existing-conditions models populated with real geometry, accurate dimensions, and appropriate object classifications. Deliverables can be developed in Revit, SketchUp, or other commonly used modeling environments based on project requirements.
These models give architects, engineers, and owners a working digital representation of existing conditions. They integrate directly into BIM-based design workflows, eliminating the need to rebuild spatial context from scratch.
