Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 21, 2026Last Updated: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Coreskan, LLC (“Coreskan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website located at coreskan.com (the “Website”).
This Policy applies to the public Website only. Information that Coreskan receives or processes in the course of performing professional services for clients is governed by the applicable client agreement, not by this Policy.
1. Overview of Our Practices
The Website is an informational marketing site. It does not require an account, and it does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The personal information we collect through the Website is, in substance, the information you choose to submit through our contact and careers forms, together with the limited technical information inherent in operating a website. We use that information to respond to you, to evaluate employment interest, and to operate and protect the Website. We do not sell personal information.
2. Information You Provide to Us
Project and contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- company name;
- industry and service of interest, if selected; and
- the contents of your message.
Employment applications
When you submit the careers form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- the position you are interested in;
- a LinkedIn profile URL, if provided;
- a resume file, if provided (resumes are optional); and
- the introduction you write.
Direct correspondence
If you contact us directly by email or phone using the contact details published on the Website, we receive the information you choose to include in that communication.
3. How Form Submissions and Resumes Are Handled
Form submissions are transmitted to our servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, validated, and delivered to Coreskan's business mailbox as an email using a transactional email delivery provider. If you attach a resume, the file is validated on our servers (file type and size) and delivered to that mailbox as an email attachment. Resumes and form contents are not published on the Website and are not stored in a public location by the Website.
Please submit only information you are comfortable providing, and avoid including sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers or health or financial details) in messages, resumes, or introductions — none of our forms request it.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Like essentially all websites, the Website's operation involves the processing of limited technical information:
- Server and infrastructure data. When your browser requests pages, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, requested pages, and timestamps, and may record it in routine server logs used to operate and secure the service.
- Abuse prevention. When you submit a form, our server temporarily uses your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions. The Website application does not maintain a persistent database of visitor IP addresses.
The Website does not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, session-recording tools, or social media trackers.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website's application code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not store identifiers in your browser's local storage. Our hosting or content-delivery infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical cookies or headers to deliver the Website securely and reliably. Because the Website does not use non-essential cookies, it does not present a cookie consent banner.
6. Third-Party Content Delivery
Fonts, images, and video on the Website are served from our own hosting. One interactive map on the Website loads publicly available geographic boundary data from a third-party content delivery network (jsDelivr); when your browser requests that data, the CDN receives the standard technical information inherent in any web request, such as your IP address, and handles it under its own privacy practices. This request contains no information about you beyond the request itself.
7. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to project inquiries and communicate with you about prospective work;
- review expressions of employment interest and evaluate candidates;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website, including preventing spam and abuse;
- maintain business records of inquiries and correspondence; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.
We do not use Website form submissions to build automated marketing lists, and the Website does not send automated marketing email.
8. How Information May Be Disclosed
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Website and deliver form submissions — currently including a website hosting provider, a transactional email delivery provider (Resend), and our business email systems. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services to us.
Within Coreskan
Submissions are accessible to Coreskan personnel who handle inquiries and hiring.
Business transfers
If Coreskan is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
Legal compliance and protection
We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Coreskan, our personnel, our clients, or others.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, inquiry correspondence is retained as part of our ordinary business records, and applicant materials are retained while a role or candidacy remains under consideration and consistent with our record-keeping practices and legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and the context in which it was provided. You may request deletion of your submissions as described in Section 11.
10. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to an informational website, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission, server-side validation of submissions, and restriction of service credentials to server-side systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices and Requests
You may choose not to submit information through the Website and may contact us by other means instead. If you would like us to correct or delete information you submitted through the Website — including application materials — contact us at info@coreskan.com and we will respond to reasonable, verifiable requests, subject to information we need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
12. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Some U.S. states provide residents with statutory privacy rights — such as rights to access, correct, or delete personal information — under laws that apply to businesses meeting certain thresholds (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended). Coreskan may not meet the applicability thresholds of these laws. Regardless of whether a particular statute applies, we will honor reasonable, verifiable requests regarding your personal information as described in Section 11, and we do not discriminate against anyone for making such a request. As stated above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
13. Children's Privacy
The Website is a business-to-business marketing site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the Website, contact us and we will delete it.
14. External Links
The Website may link to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
15. Visitors from Outside the United States
Coreskan operates from the United States, and information collected through the Website is processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Website, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the Website. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and updates take effect when posted. Material changes will be reflected prominently in the revised Policy.
