A.D. Moyer, a family-owned lumber and hardware retailer with multiple locations, wanted to document a recently remodeled Pottstown store while developing a repeatable basis for future store improvements.

The owner needed updated as-builts, detailed fixture and product-layout information, and a clearer understanding of roof, parking, and pavement conditions. An MEP asset record would also make it easier to define prospective upgrades and request comparable contractor bids.

Coreskan coordinated approximately two days of off-hours capture to limit disruption to shoppers, and worked directly with ownership to define modeling detail for cabinetry, merchandising, and future virtual layout studies.

Deliverables included an LOD 350 Revit model, 2D CAD plans, site and roof plans, reflected and above-ceiling plans, an asset report, a drone-based 3D model, and a GeoTIFF orthomosaic. The full turnaround was approximately fifteen to seventeen business days.
